Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support database management and general clerical operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data while assisting with administrative and portal-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update data in databases and Excel spreadsheets
Work with systems such as Environmental Management System (EMS), Digital Regulatory Assurance System (DRAS), and Electronic Records Keeping System (ERKS)
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure compliance with regulatory procedures
Manage high volumes of work within tight deadlines and shifting priorities
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Quickly learn new systems and troubleshoot issues as needed
Work both independently and as part of a team
Perform clerical tasks including filing, scanning, copying, organizing, and document handling
Provide additional administrative support as required
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Digital Regulatory Assurance System (DRAS)
Experience with Electronic Records Keeping System (ERKS)
Experience with Environmental Management System (EMS)
Experience working within a Canadian public sector environment
Experience with secure electronic document exchange between stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, including email, calendar, and task management
