Position Overview
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Customer Service & Administrative Support Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for a junior candidate looking to develop their skills in a professional office and production environment. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the customer service team while assisting with production-related coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry of customer information into internal systems
Provide administrative support to the customer service team
Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper-based)
Assist with processing and coordinating production orders
Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks as required
Learn company products and processes to provide more advanced support over time
Qualifications
Strong keyboarding and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
Proficiency in common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
Additional Information
