What We're Looking For
Required Experience
7+ years
of progressive AML compliance leadership experience specifically within the MSB, PSP, FX brokerage, or high-growth Fintech payments sectors.
Direct Regulatory Engagement:
Proven, direct experience facing FINTRAC and managing regulatory audits or examinations.
STR Governance:
Demonstrated experience filing, QAing, and governing high-volume STR programs.
Sanctions Expertise:
Strong sanctions governance and complex alert adjudication experience.
Strongly Preferred
Proven track record of designing, scaling, or comprehensively rebuilding AML frameworks from the ground up.
Hands-on experience implementing, testing, or recalibrating automated transaction monitoring systems.
Experience navigating the unique challenges of a high-growth, technology-driven fintech environment.
CAMS, CFCS, or equivalent professional designation.
