Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Fridge)
Job Description
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for selecting orders through a voice-activated system using a headset. This role requires the use of a motorized double pallet jack (walkie rider) to build organized pallets by picking and placing orders efficiently. The position involves lifting weights up to 70 lbs, with consistent lifting of 30-40 lbs. Expect frequent bending and twisting.

Essential Skills
Experience with pallet jacks and order picking.
Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.
Proficiency in English communication and comprehension.
Ability to work in a cold environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience working in a warehouse.
Previous pallet jack experience.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Work Environment
This position is in a very fast-paced produce distribution center, storing items such as meats, cheese, fruits, and vegetables. The temperature is maintained at 0 degrees Celsius. Employees are encouraged to dress warmly as company jackets are not provided. The facility spans 250,000-400,000 sq ft and can be very loud, with over 200 employees picking orders and a bustling atmosphere akin to a '401 type environment' with pallet jacks in constant motion.
