About Fulfillment IQ (FIQ):
Fulfillment IQ is a supply chain engineering and transformation company that helps brands, retailers, and 3PLs design, build, and scale high-performance logistics operations.
We work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology where we solve complex, real-world problems across warehouse design, automation, order management, transportation, and end-to-end supply chain execution.
Our teams combine deep domain expertise with strong technical capability, delivering outcomes through consulting, systems implementation, and proprietary platforms that accelerate time-to-value and reduce delivery risk.
If you enjoy working in complex environments, partnering closely with clients, and seeing your work make a tangible impact on how global commerce moves, this is the place where your skills and judgment truly come to life.
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Senior Project Manager (PMO Lead) to build and own the PMO operating system for our Supply Chain Consulting practice while leading high-risk, high-visibility client programs.
This is not a Scrum Master or purely technical delivery role.
This role is responsible for:
End-to-end program ownership
Facility launches (shell-to-go-live)
3PL transitions and stabilization
Multi-vendor orchestration and readiness
Executive reporting, escalation, and budget control
The role begins with an immediate deployment on a large-scale warehouse launch (1.1M sq. ft facility) and then expands into broader PMO leadership across the practice.
We are looking for someone who can create order where absent, operate under pressure, and drive execution across business, operations, and delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Ownership & Program Leadership (Immediate Focus)
Own delivery of large-scale supply chain programs, including facility launches and transitions
Build and manage integrated master schedules (shell-to-go-live)
Drive milestones, sequencing, and execution under tight timelines
Maintain full ownership of delivery outcomes, timelines, and accountability
PMO Governance & Operating System Build
Define and implement PMO standards, templates, and governance frameworks
Establish RAID logs, reporting cadence, and delivery health tracking
Build visibility into:
Staffing capacity
Delivery health
Risk concentration
Standardize execution across all consulting engagements
Vendor, Procurement & Multi-Party Coordination
Orchestrate multiple vendors including:
General contractors (GCs)
Racking providers
MHE and automation vendors
Security and infrastructure partners
Manage procurement coordination, approvals, and execution readiness
Ensure all third-party dependencies are aligned to the critical path
Change Management & Stakeholder Alignment
Act as the single point of accountability for execution and escalation
Drive change management across operations and client teams
Lead communication across:
Warehouse operations
Client leadership
Delivery teams
Executive Reporting & Budget Control
Deliver clear, structured executive-level reporting and readouts
Ensure early visibility into issues and proactive resolution
Manage:
Budget tracking
Risk escalation
Timeline adherence
Multi-Project & Practice Leadership (Post-Transition)
Manage multiple concurrent programs across the consulting portfolio
Coach project managers and engagement managers.
Build repeatable playbooks for launch, recovery, and stabilization
Support scaling of the Supply Chain Consulting practice
Must Haves:
10–15 years of project/program management or PMO leadership experience
Proven experience delivering:
Facility launches (warehouse / DC) from shell-to-go-live
3PL transitions or supply chain transformations
Strong experience managing:
Vendors
Procurement processes
Cross-functional business stakeholders
Experience building or running PMO governance and delivery systems
Strong executive communication, escalation management, and reporting skills
Ability to operate on-site in high-pressure environments (warehouse/launch sites)
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or equivalent scheduling tools
Experience with:
WMS environments (client-owned or vendor-led)
IT infrastructure coordination within warehouse launches
Staffing readiness and operational ramp-up
