Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NeverHard ("the Service") at neverhard.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NeverHard provides academic and career tools for students, including a grade calculator, GPA calculator, jobs dashboard, and user portfolio builder. The Service is provided free of charge and is intended for personal, non-commercial, educational use.

3. Account Registration

Some features require an account. When creating an account you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to register an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service without our written permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it
  • Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the Service except with our express permission

5. User-Generated Content

When you create a profile or portfolio on NeverHard, you retain ownership of the content you submit (your experience, education, skills, projects, etc.). By submitting content, you grant NeverHard a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display that content as part of the Service — for example, showing your public portfolio to visitors who view your profile URL.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You agree not to post content that is false, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

6. Intellectual Property

All NeverHard branding, design, code, and original content (excluding user-generated content) are the property of NeverHard and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without written permission.

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your profile and portfolio data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeverHard disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements or that results obtained from it will be accurate or reliable. See our Disclaimer for tool-specific limitations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeverHard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
