# NeverHard

> NeverHard is a free career intelligence platform for students. It pulls from thousands of real job postings updated daily to help students identify in-demand skills, close skill gaps, compare career fields, and explore salaries — before they graduate. No paywall. No account required for core features. Built and maintained independently by Grigoriy Adamenko.

NeverHard is not a generic job board. It is a data-driven career planning toolkit built specifically for post-secondary students. All data is sourced from real job postings and updated daily. The platform has two primary tools: Career Roadmap (personalized skill gap analysis) and Career Discovery (side-by-side comparison of career fields). A grade calculator and job listings browser are also available but secondary to the career tools.

The platform is free and ad-supported. It does not charge students, does not hide core features behind a subscription, and does not provide sponsored career recommendations.
