Job Description This role requires strong experience in facilities operations, office administration, and workplace services within a corporate environment. Responsibilities include managing visitor access through a visitor management system, overseeing conference room scheduling and utilization, coordinating catering and audiovisual services, and supporting mail, package, and call routing operations. The position also provides administrative support through expense reporting, travel coordination, and document management. Additional responsibilities include coordinating facilities and IT-related operational activities, managing office inventory and procurement processes, processing purchase orders and invoice reconciliations, maintaining vendor and contractor compliance records, supporting work order management and KPI reporting, assisting with supplier onboarding, and ensuring adherence to corporate security, compliance, and operational standards. Success in this role requires proficiency with workplace management systems, vendor management, procurement processes, facilities operations, operational reporting, and Microsoft Office applications. Skills and Requirements Minimum 2-5 years of experience in front-of-house operations, corporate hospitality, or office services, with demonstrated responsibility for vendor management and service level agreements (SLAs). Hands-on experience with work order systems and visitor/room systems; Excellent communication and diplomacy when interfacing with senior staff, vendors, and external partners Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive data and internal processes High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook Tableau
