310T Working Shop Foreman (5,000 sign on bonus )
who will be responsible for daily operations of the heavy-duty repair shop, ensuring work is performed efficiently and safely.

Maximizing bay efficiency, diagnosing stubborn issues, and keeping new and older, mixed-fleet equipment running.
Shop Foreman Key Responsibilities
:
Triaging incoming trucks immediately to determine the severity of breakdowns.
Working on the tools during peak hours while simultaneously answering technical questions for other mechanics.
Managing a diverse workload of varying truck, trailers makes, models, and engine types (e.g., Cummins, Detroit, PACCAR).
Managing shop supplies, specialized diagnostic software subscriptions, and shop equipment maintenance.
Assigning repair jobs to mechanics based on their skill sets, specializations, and current workloads.
Assisting with complex vehicle diagnostics and heavy-duty troubleshooting.
Ensuring safety regulations are followed and quality control checks are completed on all finished repairs.
Mentoring junior technicians, conducting performance coaching, and maintaining shop tooling/equipment
Successful Shop Foreman Candidates Will Have:
One year of SHOP FOREMAN experience within the heavy-duty industry
Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs
310T certification
Possess your own tools and/or the willingness to purchase tools required for the job as you advance in your skill level and responsibilities (

Valid G class driver license with good driving record, A D class with Z endorsement an asset
