Installation Associate
to join their team.

Shift time
- 8:00am-5:00pm
Responsibilities
Build rough wooden window braces according to specifications and instructions.
Read and interpret measurements, dimensions, and production requirements.
Measure, mark, and cut boards and plywood to required sizes.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently.
Assist with the installation of window wells and related products at residential construction sites as required.
Maintain production quality standards and meet daily productivity targets.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and workflow.
Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Assist with loading, unloading, and handling materials as needed.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards.
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, construction, woodworking, installation, or general labour experience is an asset.
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, light machinery, forklifts, and other site equipment safely.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Basic math, measuring, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Strong time-management skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Comfortable working in both a production environment and on active construction sites.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to regularly lift and carry 60+ lbs.
Valid Ontario driver's license is an asset.
Reliable transportation is required.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently when needed.
