Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe're hiring an Aluminum Welder in Windsor! Full-time, Afternoon Shift Starting at $24/hr Excellent benefits, RRSP match, and profit sharing! Responsibilities: Perform MIG, TIG, stick, and aluminum welding to meet production requirements Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications Work with jigs and fixtures to ensure quality and accuracy Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on welding equipment Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while meeting production targets Requirements: Experience welding aluminum and steel using MIG, TIG, and stick welding processes Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment CWB certification is considered an asset but is not required If you're an experienced Welder looking to join a well-established manufacturing company with competitive pay and excellent benefits, we'd love to hear from you.
