The position:
As a
Warranty Billing Clerk
, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient processing of warranty-related paperwork, including inputting, verifying, troubleshooting, and correcting claims. Reporting to the Inventory Control Manager, you will help maintain our commitment to exceptional customer service by ensuring seamless warranty transactions.

What you’ll be doing:
Create invoices, submit warranty claims to vendors, and follow up on payments.
Investigate and escalate short-paid billings.
Add and update part numbers as needed.
Process intercompany transfers and resolve inventory-related part issues.
Collaborate with parts and service teams to address work order and parts discrepancies.
What you need to be successful:
Administrative or clerical experience.
Quick learner with intermediate computer skills.
Proactive problem-solving approach.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
Availability:
This is a
full-time
position and will require you to be available:
Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm
