Integrated Staffing is currently hiring a Warehouse & Tools Associate/ Delivery Driver for a temporary assignment in the Moncton, NB area . This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, safety conscious individuals with warehouse, shipping/receiving, and material handling experience who are looking to join a fast paced industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Ensure warehouse and yard areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Manage warehouse inventory, including tracking, storage, and organization of materials and equipment Load and unload trucks safely while ensuring materials are properly handled and secured Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and condition Oversee shipping and receiving activities, including staging materials for internal teams and job sites Prepare, process, and fulfill orders in coordination with internal departments Order parts and coordinate timely deliveries to support operational needs Manage the return, storage, and inventory of empty cylinders Perform daily inspections of shop trucks to ensure safe operation Retrieve parts from suppliers and deliver materials to technicians, customers, or job sites as needed Complete occasional local deliveries Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently Assist with general warehouse maintenance and housekeeping duties Support project installations by staging and preparing required materials Follow all workplace safety procedures and contribute to a safety first culture Requirements Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract Valid forklift certification with experience operating forklifts 1–3+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience Experience loading, unloading, and handling materials safely Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Working knowledge of inventory or order processing systems; SAP experience considered an asset Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) certification considered an asset Reliable, dependable, and flexible with scheduling and extended hours when required Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team CSA-approved steel-toed boots required & CSA-approved hard hat required What We Offer Weekly pay through Integrated Staffing Pay: $23.00 – $25.00/hour (based on experience) + 4% vacation pay Shift: Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4pm ( depending on demand) Temporary assignment through July 24, 2026 , with potential for extension Opportunity to work in a safety-focused and team-oriented environment REFER TALENT, GET REWARDED Know someone already working with Integrated Staffing?
