In This Position, You Will Have The Opportunity To
Coordinate and supervise a team of two (2) team leaders and approximately twenty-five (25) unionized employees, primarily for receiving, shelving, picking, packing, and shipping tasks.
Participate in resolving problems related to warehousing and orders (inventory discrepancies, product relocation, searching for misplaced products, order issues, etc.)
Propose innovative improvements by offering advice, support, and training to your team in order to increase operational efficiency and performance and reduce work-related risks
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company regulations, procedures, and the collective agreement
Produce various reports for performance monitoring, evaluation, workplace accident management, labor relations management, and absenteeism management
Participate in budget development and monitoring

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:
BAC in operations management, administration or related field (experience or training deemed equivalent will be considered)
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing management practices
5 years' experience in distribution and supervising staff
Knowledge of Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word
Excellent French and functional English.
