Job DescriptionJob Description Job Title: Fulfillment and Shipping Employee Location: 5369 Canotek Ottawa Ontario K1J9J3 Company: Groupe Regimbal/Colortex Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment and Shipping Employee to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our logistics and fulfillment operations, ensuring that all shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. Skills Required: Detail-oriented and thorough Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with spreadsheets and emails Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Flexible and able to multitask with shifting priorities Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Capability to lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs daily Responsibilities: Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents against purchase orders, directing them to the appropriate departments. Pack, seal, and label packages for shipping. Prepare bills of lading for domestic and international shipments. Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing shipments. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing team to order necessary supplies. Manage and support the fulfillment department with e-stores, split shipments, and other end-of-production processes. Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure efficient storage, movement, and production of goods. Adhere to all safety and security procedures while handling shipments. Troubleshoot and communicate with clients about stock or logistics issues. Maintain tidy, organized, and clearly labeled workspaces and systems in multiple parts of the building. Why Join Us?
