The Role We are hiring a Warehouse Operator & Delivery Driver for a hands-on, full-time role based in the GTA. This is primarily a warehouse role (80%) with occasional local pick-ups and deliveries (20%). You must be comfortable working on the floor and driving when required. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare orders Operate forklift and handle materials safely Load and unload trucks Maintain a clean, organized warehouse Complete local GTA pick-ups and deliveries Follow scheduled appointment times Qualifications & Experience Minimum 1 year warehouse experience Forklift experience (certified or regular use) Valid Ontario driver’s license Some delivery/driving experience Able to perform physical work (lifting, loading) I mportant This role is not suitable for: Driver-only candidates (no warehouse experience) Entry-level warehouse candidates with no forklift experience AI Disclosure CDC Foods and Affinity Group may use AI-enabled tools to support parts of the recruitment process, with human oversight.
