Warehouse Manager (H&M) at Sinteks (Синтекс) — NeverHard

Responsibilities: Manage the distribution centre budget and cost-efficiency targets, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial objectives through monthly reporting. Benchmark distribution centre costs and performance indicators against market and industry standards and identify opportunities for improvement. Define, monitor and report key distribution centre KPIs, including inbound/outbound accuracy, order fulfilment time, inventory accuracy, cost per unit, and on-time in-full delivery (OTIF). Align distribution centre capacity planning with the Merchandising and H&M Franchise Logistics functions, including seasonal volume forecasting and preparation of relevant reports. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all distribution centre activities. Ensure full compliance with customs and import/export (IMPEX) regulations, including cross-border transportation and documentation requirements. Plan and manage the distribution centre workforce in line with capacity requirements and forecasts. Identify and resolve risks and issues in daily operations. Ensure accurate information flow between WMS/ERP systems and other functions, including Merchandising, Finance and Sales. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of performance indicators. Prepare monthly operational reports. Support internal and external audits. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management. At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role. Experience managing large-scale distribution centres. Understanding of Sales and online functions. Knowledge of global SOP, safety and sustainability standards. Conditions: The terms are discussed during the interview.
