Job DescriptionJob Description Warehouse Associate / Reach Truck Operator / Order Picker Hamilton, ON $22.00 per hour Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Some weekends may be required) Steady daytime shift – no rotating schedule 3PL Inc. is currently hiring Warehouse Associates / Reach Truck Operators to support a busy food production and distribution facility in Hamilton . This role is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and take pride in keeping operations organized, safe, and running smoothly. Immediate start available. What You’ll Be Doing Receive, verify, and store incoming products and materials Pick and stage orders for shipment Load and unload trucks using warehouse equipment Operate Crown Reach Truck and Raymond Reach Truck forklifts Operate electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment Assist with inventory counts and product rotation (FIFO) Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation Keep warehouse and dock areas clean, organized, and safe Follow food safety, GMP, and warehouse safety procedures Warehouse team members help ensure products are received, stored, and shipped accurately while supporting production and customer orders. What We’re Looking For Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, order picking, or reach truck experience Valid Crown Reach Truck and Raymond Reach Truck certification (required) Experience operating electric pallet jacks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment Comfortable working in cooler or refrigerated areas Disclosure This position is offered through 3PL Inc., a licensed Recruiter & Temporary Help Agency.
