Position Summary: We are currently looking for a professional and friendly Wait Staff to join our team! As a wait staff your main goal is to ensure the highest level of Guests' satisfaction and provide an outstanding event experience from helping with their coat checks, collecting and storing items to answering all questions about the venue and always ensuring an outstanding guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression Present menus, articulate specials, and provide informed recommendations based on guest preferences Accurately record and transmit orders to kitchen and bar staff using POS systems Serve food and beverages with precision, adhering to presentation and timing standards Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and proactively address any concerns Maintain cleanliness and readiness of assigned sections, including table setup and turnover Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service flow Uphold compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Process payments and manage billing inquiries with discretion and accuracy Requirements and qualifications: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a fine dining or upscale hospitality environment preferred Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure Familiarity with POS systems and basic arithmetic for billing Professional appearance and demeanor Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to excellence Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Team collaboration and adaptability Having Smart Serve License is an asset Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods Capacity to lift up to 25 lbs and navigate a dynamic dining environment Why Join MCC?
