As Vice President of Product, you will play a pivotal role in defining and driving our global product strategy and platform visionfueling sustained growth, strengthening our market differentiation, and delivering long-term value for our customers and shareholders.
Youll lead the evolution of our SaaS platform and product portfolio, supporting telecommunications providers, managed service providers (MSPs), channel partners, and enterprise organizations navigating complex Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) ecosystems. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of market insight, technology innovation, and commercial strategybringing forward solutions that are scalable, secure, and purpose-built to solve real industry challenges.
As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will translate corporate strategy into a clear, compelling product vision and drive disciplined execution against a high-impact roadmap. Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, youll ensure our product investments accelerate adoption, enhance platform differentiation, and position us for long-term market leadership.
We are looking for a product leader who will not just evolve our platformbut fundamentally rethink how organizations manage and optimize complex communications ecosystems. This role is expected to challenge convention, introduce bold ideas, and unlock new sources of growth through innovation, AI, and platform expansion.
This is an Ottawa based hybrid role and you must reside in Ottawa at the time of hire.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision
Define and lead a clear product strategy aligned with growth objectives and market opportunity.
Own a multi-year roadmap balancing innovation, scalability, and customer value.
Drive differentiated solutions across the evolving UCC ecosystem for telecom providers, MSPs, and enterprises.
Product Portfolio Management
Oversee the full SaaS product lifecycle from ideation to optimization.
Implement strong prioritization, governance, and performance tracking.
Balance investments across innovation, scalability, and customer needs while continuously improving product quality and experience.
Market Insight and Customer Focus
Maintain deep understanding of UCC trends, competition, and emerging technologies.
Engage customers and partners to validate direction and uncover opportunities.
Translate insights into clear product requirements and compelling value propositions.
Execution and Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver against roadmap priorities.
Support go-to-market strategy, positioning, and adoption.
Communicate product vision and progress to executives, investors, and the Board.
Commercial Impact
Align product strategy with ARR growth, retention, and expansion.
Develop scalable packaging and pricing models.
Strengthen competitive positioning through product-led differentiation.
Team Leadership and Organizational Development
Build, lead and inspire a high-performing product team.
Foster a culture of customer focus, accountability, and data-driven execution.
Develop leaders and scalable product practices to support growth.
Qualifications
15+ years of product leadership experience within B2B SaaS environments
Proven success leading product organizations in growth-stage or public technology companies
Strong domain expertise in Unified Communications, telecommunications, enterprise collaboration, or IT management platforms
Experience building and scaling products within complex, multi-vendor ecosystems
Track record of delivering solutions across both enterprise and channel-driven markets
Deep understanding of SaaS economics, platform strategy, and monetization models
Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear, differentiated customer value
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven leader with strong analytical and strategic acumen
