Responsibilities Review project documents including architectural and structural drawings and specifications. Attend job meetings and communicate with external consultants and architects to develop project solutions. Prepare engineering designs and drawings, reading blueprints to determine work requirements. Develop and prepare design sketches and construction specifications. Estimate construction costs and materials. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
