Job responsibilities: Lightbox & Digital Content Updates Management • Planning and monitoring replacement schedules for stationary lightboxes and digital content across all brands. • Ordering graphic materials and video content from brand teams and headquarters (HQ), and coordinating their transfer to suppliers. • Coordinating visual material placement in accordance with brand guidelines and merchandising standards. • Organizing printing, production, installation, and digital content updates on retail equipment. • Managing projects throughout all stages of implementation, from preparation to final installation. • Approving color accuracy and print quality prior to production. • Monitoring material availability, installation quality, accuracy of digital content updates, and reviewing post-installation photo reports. POSM & Promotional Projects Development • Developing drawings and concepts for promotional zones, marketing event decorations, retail furniture, displays, advertising structures, and POSM materials upon assignment from the direct manager. • Creating technical drawings and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD and SketchUp in accordance with brand guidelines and company requirements. • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of brand guidelines and ensuring their consistent application. • Coordinating and validating drawings with the direct manager, brand teams, and headquarters (HQ). • Coordinating suppliers during the production phase and monitoring the quality of manufactured structures. • Supervising the installation and dismantling of advertising materials, equipment, and POSM structures. • Monitoring schedules of marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and special events. • Coordinating development, production, installation, and dismantling timelines with brand teams, the Commercial Department, and external suppliers to ensure timely project execution. Branded Furniture & POSM Management • Monitoring the condition of branded retail furniture and ensuring compliance with brand standards. • Organizing the timely replacement and update of interchangeable POSM decorations, visual materials, and display elements. • Developing replacement decorative elements and POSM materials in accordance with brand guidelines and visual merchandising requirements. • Managing complex repair projects and warranty cases related to branded furniture and retail equipment. • Coordinating with local and international suppliers to diagnose issues, identify technical solutions, and arrange repairs or component replacements. • Coordinating contractors and supervising repair works on both company-branded furniture and client-owned furniture and equipment. • Ensuring repair quality, compliance with agreed timelines, and adherence to brand, client, and company standards. Asset Database & Documentation Management • Participating in retail equipment inventories in cooperation with the Finance and Accounting departments and other relevant company functions. • Maintaining and updating the database of retail equipment, furniture, POSM materials, and other company assets. • Preparing payment requests for suppliers, contractors, and other service providers. • Monitoring the timely approval, processing, and execution of payments. • Preparing, collecting, and submitting primary accounting documentation to the Finance and Accounting departments in a timely manner. • Coordinating the review, approval, execution, and administration of contracts, amendments, and other documentation with local and international suppliers. • Liaising with internal departments and external partners to ensure the timely completion of contractual and administrative processes. Branded Furniture Project Management (CAPEX Projects) • Managing end-to-end branded retail furniture projects, including production, delivery, and installation, upon assignment from the direct manager. • Preparing project budgets, obtaining budget approvals, and delivering presentations to brand teams and headquarters (HQ). • Coordinating the development of technical documentation, furniture drawings, and 3D visualizations, as well as their validation and approval with brand teams and HQ. • Overseeing the adaptation and implementation of technical documentation developed by HQ or external suppliers for local project execution. • Coordinating local and international suppliers and supporting contract preparation and execution. • Monitoring production timelines, quality standards, and compliance with approved technical specifications and brand guidelines. • Coordinating equipment delivery with the Logistics Department and arranging all required permits for installation activities. • Planning, supervising, and personally overseeing installation and dismantling works. • Conducting project acceptance procedures and ensuring successful project completion in accordance with approved timelines, budgets, and brand standards.
