You are:
A builder and operator, not a caretaker
Decisive, responsive, and comfortable leading through change
Business-minded with strong financial acumen
Clear, firm, and empathetic in your leadership approach
Independent and self-driven, bringing solutions rather than problems
Comfortable navigating complexity and building alignment across diverse teams
Why Join?

You'll have the opportunity to:
Lead a large, multi‑site healthcare operation at a pivotal stage of growth
Build and shape the future of operations
