Inspired HR is partnering with a leading Canadian healthcare organization to recruit a Vice President, Operations to lead and transform operations across Western Canada. This is a newly created executive role driven by significant organizational growth. Following recent acquisitions and continued expansion, the organization has doubled in size and is entering an important integration phase. The Vice President, Operations will play a critical role in bringing newly acquired businesses together, strengthening culture, improving operational performance, and creating a unified regional strategy. This is not an M&A role. This is an operator's role. We're looking for a seasoned executive who can assess complex situations, diagnose challenges quickly, execute with urgency, and hold teams accountable while leading with empathy and emotional intelligence. The Opportunity Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Vice President, Operations will oversee a large multi-site healthcare portfolio consisting of 30–50 clinics and more than 100 clinicians and support team members across Alberta. The successful candidate will lead operational performance, financial accountability, culture integration, and change management initiatives while ensuring an exceptional patient and employee experience.
