Overview Our client is seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead the engineering strategy and execution of major data center projects. This role is ideal for a senior engineering leader with a strong background in mission-critical facilities, complex infrastructure, and high-performance project delivery. The ideal candidate comes from a consulting engineering environment and has experience leading multidisciplinary teams across design, planning, technical reviews, client management, and project execution. Key Responsibilities Lead engineering strategy and technical direction for data center projects Oversee multidisciplinary engineering teams, including mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil disciplines Manage design reviews, technical standards, project planning, and engineering deliverables Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal leadership Support project execution from early design through construction and commissioning Identify technical risks, resolve design challenges, and ensure engineering excellence Build, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams Qualifications Senior engineering leadership experience within consulting engineering, mission-critical, or infrastructure projects Strong experience with data center, critical facilities, or complex technical building projects Background working for a consulting engineering firm is strongly preferred Strong understanding of design coordination, technical standards, constructability, and project delivery Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships P.Eng. designation is considered a strong asset Why Apply This is a strong opportunity for a senior engineering leader to take ownership of high-profile data center projects and play a key role in shaping engineering strategy, technical delivery, and long-term project success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
