Vice President (Manager), M&A and Capital Markets This is a replacement role. In this role, you will lead and support a range of complex transactions and capital markets initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic, value-driven outcomes for clients. Responsibilities Lead a range of advisory (sell, buy side and capital raising) assignments concurrently assuming responsibility for the day-to-day execution and delivery of service on projects Develop and maintain client relationships, both internal and external, including accountability for the operational aspects of client engagement Conduct market and industry research, detailed financial analysis and evaluate key drivers of financial performance Assist in the identification of potential acquisition targets, purchasers and/or investors/lenders Generate new business opportunities within the M&A and Capital Markets practice and BDO in general, developing long-term relationships and networks Be entrepreneurial in nature to drive growth and practice management in our growing team Mentor and develop junior level team members Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting and/or related major with a CPA, CFA or CBV designation. Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in capital markets/corporate finance Motivated, detail-oriented, autonomous, rigorous and able to work under pressure Strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas Willing and able to travel, when necessary Motivated to be market facing and driving relationships that lead to future work Compensation The expected range of compensation for this role is $88,000 & $134,000 per year. #J-18808-Ljbffr
