Description Position at Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC Position Details Starting Pay at : $21.00+ per hour depending on experience Location: Mt. Pleasant, IA Shift Details: 6 AM – 2:20 PM Monday – Friday OT as needed Full-Time / Direct Hire Utility Duties Include Assisting in the operation of the Regional Distribution Center by serving as a backup to various RDC members Providing informal leadership to work teams regarding assignments, schedules, operating procedures, and improvement opportunities This role is the ‘go-to’ member to keep daily RDC goals on track by being versatile enough to jump in and assist nearly any job receiving or shipping related and support non-standard processes. Must be willing to obtain all equipment (forklift, reach truck, and stock picker) licenses.
