User Experience Growth Manager
to take full ownership of our user funnel. This isn't just about top-of-funnel acquisition; you will be the architect of the entire customer journey from the first click to long-term loyalty.
The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution. You will work hand-in-hand with our data team to extract actionable insights and implement aggressive performance improvements across every touchpoint.
The Role: Impact & Responsibilities:
As our
User Experience Growth Manager
, you won't just follow a roadmap, you'll build it. You are responsible for identifying where we win and where we lose, then fixing the gaps.
Full-Funnel Ownership:
Audit and optimize the entire customer lifecycle, identifying drop-off points and implementing rapid-fire solutions to plug funnel leakages.
Data-Driven Strategy:
Partner closely with the Data Team to leverage advanced analytics, ensuring every growth experiment is rooted in hard evidence.
Re-engagement & Retention:
Develop and execute sophisticated multi-channel strategies (Push, Email, SMS) to drive customer stickiness and order completion.
Behavioral Analysis:
Utilize tools like
CleverTap
to segment users, track post-sign-up behavior, and personalize the user experience at scale.
UI/UX Collaboration:
Work directly with the Product and Design teams to refine the app interface based on user behavior data and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
Growth Experimentation:
Design, launch, and measure A/B tests to constantly evolve our growth "playbook."
What You Bring to the Table:
Experience:
Proven track record in growth hacking or performance marketing, specifically for app-based platforms (Health-tech or E-commerce experience is a major plus).
Analytical Power:
Expertise in
CleverTap
, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar event-based tracking platforms. You should be comfortable "talking data" with engineers and analysts.
Strategic Mindset:
You can zoom out to see the big picture strategy and zoom in to execute the tactical details.
Conversion Obsession:
A demonstrated history of successfully increasing conversion rates and lifetime value (LTV).
Collaborative Spirit:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between marketing, data, and product teams.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
