Job Description EchoPark Automotive is hiring an Automotive Technician to join our team in Roseville, CA . What You’ll Do: The Automotive Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Our technicians inspect and repair a wide range of pre-owned makes and models up to 12 years old. 190 Point Vehicle Inspection Lube, filter, flushes Brake system and tire repair Suspension and alignments Vehicle Drivability Air Conditioning Diagnosis and Repair Light Line work to include – Gasket and seal repairs, component replacement, water pumps, and alternators Occasional heavy line, engine, and transmission removal and installation, no rebuilds or overhauls What We’re Looking For: Must be state-certified where applicable At least 6 months of previous Automotive Mechanic experience, or Auto Tech School certification Own a set of tools Valid driver’s license and a good driving record High school diploma or the equivalent Strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow directions and willingness to learn Respect for teammates and a positive outlook What We Offer Our technicians are paid hourly ($20-$30+/hour depending on experience) with bonus potential - and guarantee hours Schedule that provides work/life balance Company Paid Training Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401K – 100% match up to 4% Paid vacation Tuition reimbursement Access to leadership and personal development programs Company provided uniforms and tool cabinets Work/life balance
