Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Underground Foreman to join our Civil division. This role requires experience with water and sewer installation, underground utilities, and subdivision development projects. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise civil construction crews Coordinate daily manpower, equipment, and materials Oversee water, sewer, and underground utility installations Ensure work meets project specifications and schedules Coordinate with project teams, surveyors, and subcontractors Complete daily reports and project documentation Qualifications & Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in a Civil Foreman or supervisory role Experience with water, sewer, storm, and underground utility installation Proven experience on subdivision development and municipal infrastructure projects Strong understanding of earthworks, grading, road construction, and site servicing Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience coordinating crews, equipment, and subcontractors Valid Class 5 Drivers License with a clean Drivers Abstract What We Offer Competitive compensation commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for career growth and professional development A collaborative and safety-focused work environment Canoco is an equal opportunity employer.
