U/G (underground) Civil Works Supervisor Karabatan 5/2 Requirements: Experience supervising civil and underground construction works on industrial projects. Strong knowledge of foundations, structural works, sheet piling, and excavation. Experience with underground piping systems (GRP & HDPE), hydrotesting, and leak testing. Ability to coordinate engineering teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Knowledge of quality control (QC) standards and HSE requirements. Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. Experience in site documentation, reporting, and progress monitoring. Ability to manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
