This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on electrical professional with strong vehicle wiring and troubleshooting experience to work on custom truck builds, electrical integration, and system diagnostics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.The ideal candidate will have experience wiring and troubleshooting trucks, commercial vehicles, automotive systems, or specialty equipment. Candidates with strong automotive electrical experience, including vehicle upfitting, truck electrical systems, or even advanced car audio installation, are encouraged to apply. What's in it for You Competitive compensation Stable full-time permanent opportunity Modern manufacturing environment Work on custom truck and equipment builds Long-term career growth potential Team-oriented workplace Opportunity to develop advanced vehicle electrical integration skills Key Responsibilities Install, wire, and integrate electrical systems on trucks and equipment Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Build and install wiring harnesses, control panels, and junction boxes Connect truck electrical systems with equipment control systems Test, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical circuits and controls Perform electrical system integration and functional testing Pull and follow OEM wiring diagrams and truck manuals to complete installations and repairs Collaborate with mechanical and production teams throughout the build process Maintain quality standards, documentation, and safe work practices Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of experience in truck, automotive, vehicle, or equipment electrical assembly and wiring Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings Hands-on experience installing, wiring, and troubleshooting vehicle electrical systems Experience with electrical controls, relays, switches, sensors, and control modules Knowledge of 12V and 24V electrical systems Experience fabricating and installing electrical harnesses Strong electrical diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in one or more of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Truck electrical systems Automotive electrical wiring and diagnostics Vehicle upfitting Commercial vehicle wiring and assembly Electrical control panels CAN Bus diagnostics and communication systems OEM electrical integration Truck dealership, fleet maintenance, or service environments Car audio installation and advanced vehicle accessory wiring Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is equally comfortable with both installation and troubleshooting.
