Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders. Consistently provides nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients. Addresses increasingly complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families. Administers medications and treatments using the appropriate protocol and monitors for side-effects and effectiveness. Documents patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided. Assesses learning needs and provides education to patients, family members, and caregivers; identifies issues and resources. Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred. Valid BLS certification required (AHA only). Current RN License in the state of New Mexico or compact license. Must be able to work 7PM - 7AM schedule. Full-time work availability is necessary.
