, a leading air consolidator and tour wholesaler serving travel professionals nationwide, is seeking a highly motivated
Travel Product & Project Director
with a proven record in project management from implementation to return of experience, as well as market data analysis to help support Royal Scenic strategic growth.
We invite results-oriented individuals with strong communication and analytical skills to apply for this role.
This position is based in our Markham office.
Responsibilities
Develop Power BI dashboards to monitor sales performance, optimize revenue, and assess strategic impact.
Provide trend analysis and revenue optimization support to the SVP of Airline Supplier Relations.
Contribute to the Airlines content and incentives optimization efforts.
Foster transversal collaboration across departments to engage the stakeholders to achieve company targets.
Develop a deep understanding of airlines distribution trends in North America, including NDC adoption, GDS evolution, and direct connect dynamics, contributing to set the company’s strategy.
Provide insights to senior leadership on competitive shifts, risks, and opportunities.
Qualifications
MBA level with at least 4 years of experience in related field, or a travel industry individual with a minimum 8 years of sales in airlines or consolidators experience in the Canadian travel market.
Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
Proven B2B travel industry experience.
Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical ability to interpret data and develop growth strategies.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
Airline experience and Spanish language skills are assets.
Spanish and French will be an advantage.
