The team includes day shift labor nurses, nursery nurses, OB techs, a secretary, leadership, and an educator. Night shift duties also include labor nurses, nursery nurses, OB techs, and a secretary. Patient Ratios: Labor is typically 1:1. Post-partum ratio is 5-6:1. Nursery ratio is also 5-6:1. Type of Equipment Used: GE fetal monitors EMR Meditech, CPN Desired Experience: 2+ years of labor experience is preferred. Experience in an LDRP with high birth volumes is a plus.
