Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 08/17/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $ 2370.76 Opportunity: RN - LABOR AND DELIVERY Job Details: • Seasonal 13-week contract position • 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM • Rotating weekend schedule required • No on-call requirements • Patient ratio of 1:2 • Day and night shifts include 1 charge nurse, 1 co-charge nurse, and RNs to accommodate 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratios • 32-bed Labor and Delivery unit located on the 4th floor • Perform procedures including SVD, cerclages, C-sections, and TOLAC • Work with equipment including Novii, JADA, Fetal Pillow, IUPC, FSE, Toco, and Ultrasound • Use Meditech EMR system • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE, and intermediate fetal monitoring • Must have EFM competency, SVE competency, and C-section circulation experience • Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience in Labor and Delivery required • Internal monitor placement competency preferred • Previous HCA assignment or employment preferred • Experience in a Level IV high volume unit preferred • Dress code: Navy blue scrubs required; solid blue, black, or grey sweatshirts only - t-shirts are not acceptable Facility: This facility is a large healthcare organization featuring a dedicated Labor and Delivery unit with 32 beds and a staff of 150 professionals.
