TRAVEL - RN - ICU Wesley Medical Center 7P - 7A Unit Information: CCU Coronary Care Unit / (653) Location: Wesley Medical Center Address: 550 N Hillside St, Wichita, KS 67214 Floor: Building: Main Entrance General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds -26 Number of Staff – 15 Type of staff: Day Shift –13 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, 1 Patient Care Tech Night Shift - 13 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, 1 Patient Care Tech Patient Ratios – 1:2 Type of equipment – Balloon pumps; CRRT; Hypothermia EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital ICU experience BLS, ACLS & NIH Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Prior Meditech experience Prior experience traveling to large facility ICU Unit's List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Heart cath's: Balloon pumps; CRRT; Hypothermia; Cardioversion Central lines Medication drips Best personality Fit: Driven, organized and efficient Positive attitude and engaged Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
