Who are we? Dynamic Connections is a leading North American third-party logistics company that provides integrated solutions for our customers. Dynamic Connection creates, sells and executes intelligent logistics solutions that provide peace of mind and seamless movement of our customer’s products. Our consistent service and communication make us an extension of our customers, and provides them with a seamless, stress-free transportation experience. At Dynamic Connections, we treat our employees like we treat our customers – with honesty, integrity, and respect. We enjoy working together and making sure every day counts. We love doing team building activities like paint nights, axe throwing, intramural sports, potlucks and more. We have a positive, transparent, and entrepreneurial culture. Your success is our success. Who are we looking for? We’re growing through acquisition and building the AI muscle that helps us run smarter as we scale. As a private equity-backed business, we are rapidly growing. As Transformation & AI Manager, you sit at the centre of both: you’re the bridge between our executive team and every stakeholder touched by a new acquisition, and you’re a hands-on partner to our Chief Transformation Officer in finding and shipping the AI use cases that move our numbers. This is a player-coach role, split roughly 70 / 30. On the acquisition / integration side, you’ll own the master plan for every acquisition – from diligence through close through full integration – and drive the cross-functional teams that make it happen. On the AI side, you’ll hunt for high-ROI use cases across our core business functions (quoting, track-and-trace, exception handling, and back-office work), pick the right tools, and build lightweight automations yourself when that’s faster than waiting on a vendor. Things move fast around here and change is constant, so we’re looking for someone who thrives on ambiguity and loves turning a messy problem into a clean plan. If you’re a builder who’s equally comfortable running a room of senior stakeholders and prototyping a workflow yourself, and you’re looking for a role where strategy, execution, and experimentation all live in the same job, then we want you. What you will bring to this role: Track record leading strategic business transformation, integrations, or major programs across deals of varying size Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills; you can run multiple workstreams at once without losing the thread Comfortable taking initiative and moving through ambiguity Effective written and verbal communicator who can influence stakeholders and cross-functional partners while still driving results Hands-on, practical fluency with modern AI / LLM tools, with a clear point of view on where they help and where they don’t Proven experience researching, evaluating, negotiating, and managing third-party service providers Strong computer skills and fluency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms Bonus Points if you have: Ability to build lightweight automations yourself – light scripting, APIs, low-code, or agent tools Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Formal Lean / Six Sigma training or certification Previous private equity-backed or startup experience Track record leading strategic business transformation, integrations, or major programs across deals of varying size Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills; you can run multiple workstreams at once without losing the thread Comfortable taking initiative and moving through ambiguity Effective written and verbal communicator who can influence stakeholders and cross-functional partners while still driving results Hands-on, practical fluency with modern AI / LLM tools, with a clear point of view on where they help and where they don’t Proven experience researching, evaluating, negotiating, and managing third-party service providers Strong computer skills and fluency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms Bonus Points if you have: Ability to build lightweight automations yourself – light scripting, APIs, low-code, or agent tools Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Formal Lean / Six Sigma training or certification Previous private equity-backed or startup experience To be successful in this role, you are: Ownership-minded – you take responsibility for outcomes and make the calls that get you there, rather than waiting to be told what’s next. A fast trust-builder – you can walk into a newly acquired company and earn credibility with their team and with our senior leadership, fast. A builder – when waiting on a vendor is slower than doing it yourself, you’d rather prototype the workflow and ship it. Highly collaborative – you work across functional and business boundaries naturally, and you bring people along with you. Comfortable with ambiguity – integrations are messy and every deal is different; you build the plan as you go and adjust in real time. $100,000 - $120,000 a year Our pledge to you and what we offer: This is a full-time permanent position based in our vibrant, bright Burlington office. You’ll work in our office full time collaborating with our team, with travel to acquired-company sites as needed (up to 60%, across the US and Canada). We offer a competitive benefits package; you will receive a company paid laptop computer and iPhone along with a company paid phone plan. We offer a discretionary bonus that rewards performance and goal attainment. If you’re a high performer, there is potential for promotion as early as 9-12 months on the job, with significant runway to grow within the organization. We believe deeply in your success. We offer professional development courses and the opportunity to develop your career with Dynamic Connections. We are committed to your professional growth and strive to promote from within. We are backed by a private equity firm, Shore Capital; this offers company growth and development. We regularly access training, knowledge sharing and resources to ensure you are operating at the peak of your game. Shore provides training and development as well as regular events. Our culture is a vibrant one; we work as a tight team and genuinely enjoy being together.
