As an equipment operator with us the minimum responsibilities are: + Operating heavy equipment such as: front-end loaders, skid steers and excavator + Ensuring recycled material is sorted into the appropriate piles and loaded into trailers as needed + Performing routine inspection and maintenance on equipment + Ensuring a safe and clean working space for all operators and employees + Promoting continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices + Interacting with customers and Waste Connections employees to determine safe and environmentally sound solutions to service issues **What We Need From You:** + 2+ years' experience running heavy equipment + Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance + Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures + Must be able to pass all pre-employment requirements **What You'll Get From Us:** + Competitive Wages: $33-35/h + Full-time hours: 9-10 hours per day Monday to Friday + Retirement Plan with company match; let us help you save for your future + Benefits; Medical, Dental, Vision + Perks, perks, perks!
