We’re looking for a Supply Training Expert who will lead development and implementation of supply capability programs. What are we looking for? Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level Ability to work autonomously within established procedures and practices Relevant experience gained through a combination of job-related training/education and considerable work experience English language proficiency: B2 or higher What will be your key responsibilities? Develop, plan, and implement training strategy to manage, motivate and support training department in providing high quality work products Lead the implementation of capability programs to sustain functional knowledge and behavior within the entire supply organization Design, plan, execute, and monitor of supply chain activities with the objective of creating net value, building a competitive infrastructure, leveraging worldwide logistics Continue to build knowledge of the company, processes and customers by leading projects or project steps within a broader project What can you expect from Mars?
