Trainer • Prevention (Eastern Quebec) at Novo SST — NeverHard

Novo is looking for a trainer to serve our clientele in Eastern Quebec. You will be part of the Prevention team in the Quebec office. Your role will mainly consist of providing training on lifting devices and participating in market development strategies. Autonomous, good communicator and ability to persuade. You like to interact and establish relationships of trust with people. The selected person will carry out the following tasks: You will provide OHS training in the workplace. You will identify the training needs of employers or any other complementary service. You will write or update training content in accordance with laws and regulations in force. You will collaborate in the creation of training content in our training platform (LMS). You will be able to carry out specific mandates and carry out other related tasks related to your files (completion of reports, making appointments, follow-ups with clients, expense accounts, etc.).
