RecruitHub is a recruitment agency operating across multiple markets. Our client is an international financial company operating in the digital finance and global markets space. The company provides clients with access to international financial markets through its own trading platform, offering a wide range of financial products and services. As part of its continued expansion in Kazakhstan, our client is strengthening its presence in Almaty and building a local team of experienced professionals. We are looking for an experienced Dealing Manager to lead our dealing team and oversee daily trading operations in the US equity market. What you’ll do: • Lead and coordinate the dealing team and daily dealing operations • Execute trades and monitor customers’ trading activities • Perform trade surveillance and resolve trading issues • Work closely with clients, settlement and front-line teams • Participate in UAT for new trading systems and solutions • Support ad hoc projects and business initiatives What we’re looking for: • 5+ years of relevant experience in securities dealing / brokerage / equity trading • Solid experience with US and Kazakhstan equity markets • AFSA approval for dealing • Previous team leadership or managerial experience is preferred • Strong understanding of trading operations and securities markets • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Fluent Russian, Kazakh and English • Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US market hours What we offer Opportunity to join a growing international financial company; A key role in developing and strengthening the compliance function; Professional growth and exposure to international regulatory standards; Competitive salary; Dynamic environment and collaboration with an international team.
