Track Lead – Windows Infrastructure & Hyper-V at HCLTech — NeverHard

We are seeking an experienced Track Lead – Windows Infrastructure & Hyper‑V to manage and support enterprise-level virtualization environments. This role focuses on Hyper‑V, SCVMM, Windows Server, and cluster management , ensuring high availability, operational stability, and performance across mission‑critical environments. Manage and support Hyper‑V virtualization and SCVMM infrastructure Administer and maintain Windows Server environments Handle deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization Ensure high availability through clustering and failover mechanisms Lead patch management, capacity planning, and disaster recovery activities Monitor infrastructure health and proactively resolve issues Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and remediation Collaborate with network, storage, and cloud teams for seamless operations Support automation initiatives using PowerShell scripting Strong expertise in Microsoft Hyper‑V and Cluster Server Hands‑on experience with SCVMM administration and automation Deep knowledge of Windows Server (installation, configuration, troubleshooting) Experience with: High availability & failover clustering Patch management & performance tuning Capacity planning & infrastructure optimization Proficiency in PowerShell scripting Solid understanding of hybrid infrastructure (networking, storage, cloud) Strong experience in incident management and troubleshooting Nice to Have Exposure to Azure / Cloud environments Experience in enterprise infrastructure operations Familiarity with DevOps / ADO environments Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage production environments Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in high‑pressure, mission‑critical environments Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
