Job DescriptionJob Description Parkway Ford is currently seeking an Internal Service Advisor/Tower Operator to join our team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership. Purpose/Summary of Position: The Internal Service Advisor is responsible for providing service and information to both internal and external customers in order to ensure satisfaction and understanding of the repair process. The position is responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. Position will dispatch work to technicians to meet customer promise times, ensuring a smooth workflow in the shop, communicating delays in workflow to advisor staff.
