ARARA LLC is looking for a tour operations manager. Job purpose Tour operations manager should be responsible for: Preparation of tour programs and budgets; Communication with incoming tour managers; The operations of already confirmed tours; To be in charge of communication with partners in 4 Central Asia countries; To be in charge of communication with local partners in Uzbekistan (hotels/restaurants/ museums/transport companies) for reservations. Requirements: Diploma in Tourism; Work experience in tourism sphere is preferable; Excellent communication skills; Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills; Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office, Word and Excel; Ability to work in a team; Ability to meet the deadlines; Responsibilities: Ensure all necessary steps are being taken from the inquiry and execution of the tour; Act as a contact person between the office and the field partners (hotels, restaurants, museums, transportation, etc.); Handle feedback and complaint in a professional manner.
