Our commitment is to provide compassionate, patient-centered care within a warm and supportive environment.We are currently expanding our dynamic team and are seeking dedicated and experienced Social Workers, Registered Psychotherapists, and Counsellors to join us in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Ontario, Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia on a part-time or contract basis.This role includes providing therapy to female Veterans who have experienced sexual abuse/assault during their military service. We are expanding our programming to include structured group therapy and are seeking clinicians with strong experience and confidence in facilitating therapeutic groups. It’s a chance to provide specialized, trauma-informed care in both individual and group settings, helping clients build resilience, connection, and recovery.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitating structured group therapy sessions (up to 10 participants)Providing individual counselling servicesTreating clients experiencing PTSD, trauma-related disorders, anxiety, depression, and related concernsSupporting clients who may have experienced sexual abuse/assault during military serviceMaintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation (assessments, treatment plans, session notes, client communications)Collaborating with clinicians to develop individualized therapeutic goals for clientsUpholding professional standards and ethical guidelines as outlined by the Nova Scotia College of Social Workers (NSCSW), the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), and other applicable governing bodies.
