Job Description
Be a multi-faceted business partner that supports the needs of the organization, its business strategy and its customers.
Increase sales of North Star products by developing new dealer leads and working closely with the existing dealer base.
Understand sales budgets and targets and be able to create reports for the Director of Sales
Support the existing dealer base using some or all of the following methods:
o Train customers on quoting software.
o Assist customers in quoting.
o Educate customers on North Star products and promote new and exciting product developments as they are introduced.
o Distribute sales materials such as literature and samples to new and existing dealers.
o Keep abreast of current trends in the market by listening to customers and attending trade shows.
o Maintain good contact and communication with prospective customers using phone, email, social media.
