Territory Manager – Québec, National Capital Region & Eastern Canada Location: Greater Montréal Region, Québec Reports To: National Sales Manager, Canada Income Range: $75,000 Base Plus Performance About A.C. Americas is a leading distributor and manufacturer representative serving the professional entertainment, live production, broadcast, film and television, and professional AV markets throughout North America. Our portfolio includes some of the industry’s most respected brands, including Chroma-Q (including Vista lighting control systems), PROLIGHTS, Luminex, LumenRadio, Follow-Me, and Avenger by Manfrotto. As we continue to expand our Canadian presence, we are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive growth throughout Québec, the National Capital Region, and Atlantic Canada. This is a field-based position for someone who enjoys building relationships, demonstrating technology, solving customer challenges, and becoming a trusted advisor within the entertainment technology industry. Territory The successful candidate will be responsible for business development and customer support throughout: Québec National Capital Region (Ottawa/Gatineau) Atlantic Canada The successful candidate must reside within the Greater Montréal area and be willing to travel approximately 75% throughout the assigned territory. Position Summary The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth throughout the assigned territory by developing new business opportunities, strengthening existing customer relationships, and expanding market awareness of A.C. Americas’ portfolio of professional entertainment and AV solutions. Working closely with dealers, systems integrators, consultants, rental and staging companies, production professionals, broadcasters, theatres, film and television facilities, houses of worship, educational institutions, and end users, the successful candidate will become the trusted regional representative for A.C. Americas. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with the Canadian sales strategy. Grow revenue within existing dealer and reseller accounts while identifying new business opportunities. Develop relationships with dealers, consultants, rental and staging companies, systems integrators, and end users. Conduct regular in-person client visits throughout the assigned territory. Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, lunch-and-learns, and customer training sessions. Assist clients with product selection, application support, and complete system solutions. Work collaboratively with dealer sales teams to identify, develop, and close new opportunities. Support product launches, regional marketing initiatives, and client engagement activities. Represent A.C. Americas at trade shows, symposiums, open houses, educational events, and industry functions. Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and client activity. Provide competitive intelligence, client feedback, and market insights to management and product teams. Coordinate with internal sales, technical support, marketing, and operations teams to ensure exceptional customer service. Residence within the Greater Montréal area. Demonstrated sales experience within the entertainment technology, professional AV, lighting, broadcast, production, or systems integration industries. Strong understanding of entertainment lighting, networking, broadcast, or professional AV technologies. Experience working with dealers, rental and staging companies, manufacturers, consultants, or systems integrators. Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Strong territory management and organizational abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing a large geographic territory. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset. Valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel approximately 75% throughout the assigned territory.
