The organization is expanding rapidly across Ontario and is investing in commercially driven sales professionals who can grow market share, strengthen customer relationships, and establish long-term partnerships within the dental community. This opportunity is designed for a sales professional who wants ownership of a high-potential GTA territory and the ability to directly influence growth. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and grow relationships with dentists, specialists, and key dental accounts throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Promote a portfolio of implant, regenerative, and digital workflow solutions to increase territory revenue and market penetration. Support study clubs, educational programs, seminars, and clinical events. Deliver a high level of account management and post-sale support. Track opportunities, pipeline activity, and forecasts using CRM platforms. Collaborate with leadership and clinical support teams to advance strategic objectives. Requirements THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Education & Training Post-secondary education in Business, Science, or a related discipline is preferred. Work Experience & Accomplishments 2+ years of proven success in restorative dental sales and new business development. Demonstrated ability to grow territory revenue and secure new accounts. Existing relationships within the Ontario dental community are valued. Experience supporting educational or clinical events is considered an asset. Skills & Competencies Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills. Confident presenter with the ability to engage clinicians and decision-makers. Organized and disciplined territory management habits. Ability to work independently in a field-based sales role. Strong pipeline management and CRM usage discipline.
