ABOUT THE COMPANY

As growth continues across Western Canada, they are seeking a driven sales professional who enjoys competing, building relationships, and expanding market share in a highly specialized healthcare segment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute a revenue growth strategy that strengthens relationships with existing customers while identifying new market opportunities across Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, and Yukon.
Build relationships with physicians, therapists, medical professionals, and referral sources by educating them on product indications, clinical applications, and patient benefits.
Conduct product training and educational programs with dealer partners and clinical stakeholders.
Represent the organization at regional conferences, educational events, and industry meetings.
Requirements
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Education & Training
A university degree in Kinesiology, Sport Science, Health Sciences, Business, or a related discipline is preferred and would be beneficial.
Work Experience & Accomplishments
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in a competitive market, demonstrating success in developing new business and expanding existing accounts.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales objectives.
Experience in healthcare, medical device, rehabilitation, vascular, or related industries is an asset.
Skills & Competencies
Competitive mindset similar to a varsity or professional athlete.
Strong territory planning and account development skills.
Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
Entrepreneurial approach to business development.
Ability to work independently and manage a large geographic territory.
Residing in the Greater Calgary area would be preferred.
