Job DescriptionJob Description Temporary Position (3–4 Months) with potential to become permanent Compensation: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our team for an approximately 3–4 month term. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, staying organized, and supporting a busy office environment. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the office team Answer and direct incoming phone calls Perform light reception duties and greet visitors as required File and organize physical and electronic documents Complete data entry and record management tasks Process accounts payable entries in QuickBooks Assist with general office organization and day-to-day administrative duties Support team members with various clerical tasks as needed What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Previous administrative experience is an asset Experience with QuickBooks is preferred Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Professional communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented To apply, please submit your resume and references to Kendra at kendra@jetstreampersonnel.com .
